  1. Educate you about homeownership with our Homebuyer Presentation (whether you’re a first time homebuyer, or experienced)
  2. Prepare you for Homeownership (Timing is everything, we’ll evaluate your situation)
  3. Your #1 goal is my #1 goal. We will conduct an initial interview that will educate you and determine your Property Needs Assessment,
  4. Priority Listing Identification will provide you with immediate lists of homes that match your criteria emailed as soon as a new property hits the market
  5. Access our Home Search database that will allow you to search homes, foreclosures, etc.
  6. Show you homes that you request
  7. Prepare your offer for the Seller
  8. Negotiate the offer with the seller
  9. Recommend qualified professionals to inspect your home
  10. Recommend professionals that will help your move
  11. Show you essential steps to a smooth closing
  12. After Closing we will follow up with you to make sure everything is going well
 
Also, keep in mind that my commission, as a Buyer’s Agent, is paid by the seller. My goal is to represent YOUR best interests and find a home that will fit your needs at the best possible price and terms.
